Let's put it this way, if we had assholes at gas pumps, being 'intermediaries' that stop you from paying the PUMP PRICE but inflate the cost of GASOLINE way above and beyond the PUMP PRICE, you'd see people demanding heads be rolling off of guillotines.
instead, we have the HMO intermediaries skimming profits that indirectly DESTROY THE QUALITY OF CARE of the person seeking treatment.
