I have noticed that there is a bebate between constitutionalists, libertarians and conservatives on a second Constitutional Convention. I'd like to hear Judge Napolitano's guest from the John Birch Society and also Congressman Ron Paul address this issue.

I think you mean a third Constitutional Convention, Lee. The first established the Articles of Confederation. The second established our current Constitution of the United States of America.
