What's so hard about abolishing public school, when all a parent has to do is pull the kid out and the system collapses?
First pull 'em out. Then abolish compulsory education outright!

I'm not so surprised at the ineffectiveness, but more so the staggering rate that spending has increased over the last decade. Seems they might want to take a different approach... but they won't :o/
