Adam Kokesh

NM District 3 - House of Reps
Kicking out Ben Ray Luján
Adam is almost halfway to the $100k he needs to raise in order to initiate his first round of campaigning. If we can get him the rest of the way there, he'll have a good shot at winning in the primaries.
Our Objective:
It's time to clean house in Congress, and replace our old-school, do-nothing, so-called "representatives" with a new generation of political leadership that will stand up to the entrenched failures of our political system (like 1500-page bills that are passed without being read) and fight for our rights, freedom & prosperity as individuals.
PLEASE RATE, FAVORITE & COMMENT ON THE VIDEO IN YOUTUBE TO HELP IT CLIMB THE CHARTS
HOW HAVE THEY SOLD US OUT?
1. They've passed bills without reading them (see one example here)
2. They cater to special interest groups rather than their constituents (see one example here)
3. They've gotten lazy (this one's obvious)
4. They've forgotten they work for us
5. Washington changed them instead of the other way around
ERGO... They're fired!

Clean Slate 2010 is interesting concept to me, as a Libertarian that is tired of seeing our liberties stolen and tax burden growing like some uncontrolled alien blob from the movies!
I am now on LIB NC ballot for House Dist 12 against incumbent Melvin Watt, who has a solid spend and tax rubber stamp record since 1992. www.cecilforcongress.com has my direct contact information.

Two questions on
Two questions on Integrity...
What does integrity mean to you?
What platform do you support?
I think the Constituion Party platform is a good start but it is flawed.
I want to take the very best of the Constitutional thoughts by the framers adjusted for our current time and technology.
To my knowledge, there is no place that describes this effort.
We will never change the current process until a solid, defensible platform is developed.
Most Americans don't even realize we live under an Oligarchy disguised as a Democracy that should be a Constitutional Republic!
Hell, it took me almost 50 years of my life to discover the truth!
Enjoying Florida!

(Pardon the
(Pardon the copy&paste)
Hello,
We may not know each other personally yet...but I am running for Congress in 2010 and would like for you to stop by my page (and my community meetings, once the are scheduled), and hear my plans to give the district back to whom it rightfully belongs--the people.
I'm really just tired of seeing Rep. Boucher ignore the best interests of our district. As far as plans go, I plan to do my best to inform, communicate, and act on behalf of the people of the 9th district. Rick Boucher has been in office since 1982 with virtually no opposition, and Virginians have slowly seen him lose touch with the 9th District (which covers most of western and southwestern VA).
His recent efforts on behalf of the bill H.R.2454 (a clean energy bill that would actually eliminate small businesses and jobs--instead of pollution--while raising electric bills by anywhere from 40 to 500%) and hesitancy against H.R.1207 (the popular "Audit the Federal Reserve" bill) are what really set me off. He has apparently sold out. (See: PAC campaign contributions)
As far as platform goes...I wholly support the Jefferson Republican Party platform. (The JRP ideals I support were founded by Thomas Jefferson, author of the Declaration of Independence and the inspiration of the Bill of Rights, in opposition to the proposition of a strong central government system with limited state's rights.)
I believe in liberty. I support strong state governments and a federal government that governs based on the powers designated by our country's founders in our constitution. I believe in weeding out corruption, which has infiltrated America down to the regional level. I believe in individual freedoms, a sound (not fiat) currency system, and opening up Washington to the everyman who decides to learn about the issues and collaborate with his fellow citizens to make the choices that are best for our country.
As for qualifications, I have held no state or government office. I have no law degree. I am in agreement with Thomas Jefferson's famous quote:
“If the present Congress errs in too much talking, how can it be otherwise in a body to which the people send one hundred and fifty lawyers, whose trade it is to question everything, yield nothing, and talk by the hour?â€
I hope you will agree with me in that staying informed and educated on how our government carries out the process of governing and communicating our desires to the government are much more important than "government leadership" experience, especially given the fact that our government is one whose officers are ignoring us more and more each day. The job of a representative is not one of taking the reins, but of handing the reins over to the people.
I've begun to write on my MySpace and Facebook campaign blogs about the issues which concern me most right now. Please visit me and let me know how you feel about these (or any) issues. I appreciate your interest in the 2010 race, because the way to strengthen this great country is through knowledge and action. We have to get this right...right now.
In liberty,

Dennis Kucinich [OH-10] must be near the tip of the Top 20 replacement nominees. I don't know if these have been mentioned yet, but I'm from Miami and I'd like to nominate: Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Lincoln Diaz-Balart, and Mario Diaz-Balart. They keep being renominated for no good reason, and all they do is spend.
Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, who
Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, who claims to represent me but certainly does not, is a perfect must-go candidate. She seems to think there is never a time when law-enforcement personnel must actually discharge a firearm; not even when a drug smuggler is resisting arrest. When the two falsely-charged and railroaded border guards were still in jail, I called her office to ask her to support a move to have them pardoned, and suggested that they were "just doing their job." The female voice on the phone toldme--exact quote--"Well it's not their job to shoot people." And that's just the tip of the iceberg of the dangers of her extreme left-wing anti-Americanism.

Shelly, Everyone should read
Shelly, Everyone should read John Mauldin's letter this week titled "buddy, can you spare $5trillion"
""Do you want to be a senator or congressman running for office next year with unemployment nearing 11%, with all of the problems mentioned above, and with a record of having voted for the largest unfunded deficits in history? It is going to be a very interesting election cycle.""
Look, let me give you a tip
Look, let me give you a tip or so: I have been fighting this battle since at least 1968! I was a National Committee Member of Students for Reagan, the first time he ran for POTUS in 1968, and I was at the Republican National Convention in Miami Beach, that year. I had actually supported Barry Goldwater in 1964. In 2004, I was appalled to discover that both "major party" candidates sprang from the EXACT SAME secret society at Yale: they were "lodge brothers"! During an "agonizing reappraisal", I realized that BOTH "mainstream parties" were controlled by EXACTLY the same people: these "controllers" do NOT have the best interests of the American People at heart, nor do they have anything but DISDAIN for our divinely inspired Constitution!
In short, the Republican Party had left ME, YEARS AGO! I joined the Constitution Party (www.constitutionparty.com), where I am a humble Precinct Chair (Provo, UT 10th Precinct) and I have never been happier! The Constitution Party is just that: the largest and fastest growing "third party" in the nation, and it is just chock full of "iron rod" Constitutionalists, like me. FORGET the 2 party, system, because it IS the problem!
It's about the CONSTITUTION, Brothers and Sisters!
If we had "iron rod" Constitutionalists in Congress and the White House, folks like Ron Paul of Texas (the only person I know of in national office with a solid, 20 year record of 100% support for the Constitution!), at least 90% of our national problems would be resolved, virtually overnight and we would NOT be facing the very real possibility of a Second American Revolution! "The natives are restless" and the serious and pervasive disenfranchisement would never have occurred to bring us to this sad and sorry state!
Also, beware of the danger of Vote Fraud and Election Theft, which is all too possible with electronic vote counting, AS COMPUTER EXPERTS VIRTUALLY BEGGED CONGRESS NOT TO SUPPORT BEFORE THEY PASSED THE "HELP AMERICA VOTE" ACT WHICH MANDATED COMPUTERIZED COUNTING! As a computer programmer, myself, I know just how easy it is for a skilled (but unscrupulous) computer professional to "fudge" the result. Also note that the controlling interest in the largest computerized voting machine manufacturer in the United States is owned by none other than the Marxist President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez! A good source of information on what you and your organization is actually facing is www.infowars.com.
Yes please consider voting
Yes please consider voting for any Constitution Party candidates in all future elections! Ron Paul actually endorsed Chuck Baldwin for president over his own failing party's candidate, John McCain. Please support this up and coming third party at www.constitutionparty.com, and with you vote in any election. Look into running as a candidate for this party too. Check out their home page for more info. Oust the incumbents!
